Coverage & privacy
Fusion Discover’s first release searches a small index of selected Fusion public homepages and Explore Branson pages. It does not yet search the wider web, private files, or every page on these websites.
How search works
Fusion Search Engine retrieves the public pages and prepares an index snapshot. Your browser searches that snapshot, matching all words and giving more weight to page titles. Search results link to the original website and show when the source was checked. Explore Branson entries use short page descriptions or verified listing titles and links. Dynamic business details are not fully indexed. Results may change as the websites are updated; indexing is currently an operator-run process.
Your search
This release has no sign-in, advertising scripts, or analytics scripts. Searches are processed in your browser. The query appears in the page URL so you can bookmark or share it. Opening a saved search URL sends that URL to the hosting server and may include it in normal server logs. The site downloads the public index; it does not upload your files or search a private index.
Opening a result takes you to that website, which has its own data practices.
